Bonnie and Clyde.

I have not watched any musical play in a cinema before in my life. Bonnie and Clyde was the first play I have watched. In the beginning I have no idea or I do not know about the play at least one point, it was totally strange play for me.
The play was was announced that it will be show on time witch is 9am in the morning. When I arrived the cinema I did not enter the cinema house because a lot of people were waiting there, then I was told that the actors and actresses still need to prepare for a while until the show will perform. That time I did not get it why the actors knew there will be a show of them but they did not prepare in advance and let the people who paid for the tickets wait outside the cinema. The cinema is located at the college of education building , 4th floor . The ticket cost me 100 pesos , but it was already with discounts I think. Not expensive, but I was expecting a good show from them . They made the ticket full of pictures and instructions of the roles, actors or the actresses. And there is signature on the ticket and small stamp on the ticket.

I signed the attendance list on the paper for my section and then felt in line of the check in process. There were two girls stood beside the cinema gate and collected the tickets for checking in, one of the girl held a pair of scissors for cutting the small corner of the tickets where has a small stamp in order to let the ticket holder enter the cinema, and the other one held a paper box to contain those small corners. After I entered the cinema, I found out that the cinema is not big only could contain maybe around 200 plus audience and the temperature in the cinema was low because there were four air conditioner operating at the same time. Before I sit down I went to adjust the fans of the air conditioner so that it can not blow at me directly. And another thing is I came to there prepared because I brought my jacket just in case of it is too cold for me . I was afraid of I can not understand what the play want to express what kind of effects so I checked out some documents and comments of the film and elements of Bonnie and Clyde. Bonnie and Clyde were American outlaws and robbers from the Dallas area who traveled the central United States with their gang during the Great Depression. At times, the gang included Buck Barrow, Blanche Barrow, Raymond Hamilton, W. D. Jones, Joe Palmer, Ralph Fults, and Henry Methvin. Their exploits captured the attention of the American public during the "Public Enemy Era", between 1931 and 1935. Though known today for his dozen-or-so bank robberies, Barrow preferred to rob small stores or rural gas stations. The gang is believed to have killed at least nine police officers and several civilians. The couple were eventually ambushed and killed near the town of Sailes, Louisiana, in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, by law officers.

  In the beginning the actors and actresses were show up by singing and dancing, that's why it is a musical play of course, though then singing sounded nice but I thought they were just follow the lyrics and pretended singing, but after while I found out I was wrong, they sang by their real voice, that is really nice, because they sang the songs very good I think, that is why they said one minute on the stage, ten years under the stage. It means the actors should pay for a lot of efforts in order to perform better during the show.

Because of the delay , the show was last more than two hours , when the end of the play it was almost 12 o'clock . During the show there were some technical issues like the mic phone did not work very well and the stage property had to be removed by the people themselves , the lights effects not that professional ,etc. But I think the entirely play was not bad, at least it was my first time to watch a musical play in a cinema.
But next time hopefully I could watch a much more professional show perhaps even it would cost me more.

Medical and maid services.

Medical services, or the hospitals, are one kind of the symbol of the development level of a country. The medical service level, has a huge part to decide people's life and death. Imagine how important it is. I thinks the medical service levels would be developed with a country's construction development. I heard about that for the Philippines the dentistry and nursing programs are very good in the world even before I came here in the Philippines ,and even it is a third world country. Lots of people have been to the Philippines for studying the dentistry or nursing courses, of corse I am saying about the foreigners of the Philippines. They spent around eight years for getting the doctor degree of dentist license or the license of nursing.

I have not been to the best hospital of the Philippines ,of corse I don't even want to go the a hospital. But I did have the experience of medical service at the hospital of University of Santo Tomas. I felt the service there in the hospital of University of Santo Tomas was not bad but they charged me around 3000 pesos for the service was really made me feel bad cause I think it was slightly high for me. I got hurt in a basketball game ,the game was a physical one because of some of the players are playing dirty. One of the player from the opponent team broke my gate teeth. Except saying that he did it intentionally or not. I was sent to the hospital of University of Santo Tomas after then. When I arrived there, a nurse approached me immediately and helped me by his arm to sit on the chair, and quickly he led me to a sickbed . He asked me about what was happened and then went to call the doctor. After while ,a doctor came in with medical equipments . The doctor checked my lips and the situation of my teeth, asked me something about what happened also. He told me fortunately my broken teeth did not get in to my lips, but the broken level of my teeth were not well. He cleaned up the blood with normal saline, disinfect my wounds and let me rinsed my mouth. He told me to use some anti inflammatory drugs and rinse my mouth these day. After the doctor left, I was asked to take an X-Ray picture for my broken teeth there were few people waited outside of X-Ray room. I saw the signs of "caution", "x-Ray" and the symbol of the nuclear. I thought the equipments of X-ray should be in advanced or at least high level, but when I enter the room and I found out it is an old machine and like a historical mark. It did not take me a long time, I finished the photo-shoot and went outside the room very quickly, cause it want to stay away from the radiation because it is really harmful to your health. Suppose I have to repair my teeth here in the Philippines, but after I asked my friends about the charging here in the Manila , I decided to repair them back in China, it is not only because of the price but also because I think it is difficult to communicate with the foreign dentists for me. So considered that I was not in a hurry, I then went the the clinic just let the dentist killed the nerves of the root of my teeth and stopped the pain. Next is to repair my teeth back to China during my vacation.

Let me talk about the maid services or we can call that the job of maids. It is the professional ,focus on the jobs of house keeping or babysitting. The first six months I was living with others in a dormitory in the Philippines . All of us are Chinese ,the house owner owned the entire floor of that building, there are ten units in the floor, and the units were divided into several rooms. The owner hired three maids for helping him to clean the rooms everyday and also help the tenants to do some daily house works.
The maids are doing house works regularly everyday, they clean up the floor,clean up the kitchens ,wash up the cloths and brush the toilets, delivering the bill payments, etc. Once I asked one of the maid who is in charge of the works of my room, I curious about why did she choose this kind of job, she told me that she did not finish her high school studies because the poor situation of her family. She said a lot of people chose this kind of job cause some of them do not have other choices, some over sea Filipinos are professional maids, got high paid, the maids got high paid probably went through the professional training programs, they are expecting the better performance in exchange the high salary. I also have friends, they hire maids for his or her family, the normal maids are not affordable for the family usually. The maids provide necessary house keeping services, and the babysitting services. Because of the professional level of the maids, some people from overseas of the Philippines ,they hire maids from here made the maids job famous around the world.

Hot pot trips.

  Hot pot,maybe it is the normal English term for a popular food style in China. In Mandarin Chinese language, we call it Hu Guo. Hot pot is really popular in China whatever which season it is, especially during the winter season of mainland. Of corse,there are many ways or versions that we can experience the hot pot around the world,but I only know how to cook Chinese hot pot and experienced the services of Chinese restaurant before I came here in the Philippines. So since I came here in the Manila ,Philippines,I have been to King One hot pot restaurant several times and also the David's tea house for eating the hotspot once. The hot pot there both in King One and David 's tea house. Are Hong Kong style .there are differences between the hot pot that that I have ever experience in China before.

For the King One hot pot restaurant ,it is a hot pot buffet restaurant ,the waiters greeted us once we entered the door, we one of the waiter led us picked up the seats and there are already meal equipments on the table, waiter clean the table up again and settle down the spoons and folks for us according to how many people are going to dine in around this table. Then the waiter let us checked the menu ,the menu does not include too much commands/orders,only some orders which are need to cook for a while like silkies (black boned chicken )pot ,desserts,etc, the rest of them are drinks ,including soft drinks, tea drinks and shakes,etc.

Usually the hot pot buffet is 599 php for each,there are still some additional cost if you want to have other orders. I ordered the water melon shake cause I think that is the best pair with the hot pot. But actually you could change your drinks once you got the glass of your drink, it was like self service . The waiter served vinaigrette and soya sauce, he cut the garlic,green onions,chili into small pieces before put them in the small bowls . I mixed my sauce by two small bowls, one is the regular taste ,the other one is spicy sauce. I did know how hot is the chili then I tasted a little bit of my sauce it was impressed me, really spicy! Maybe because they cut them into small pieces so the spice elements just ease out. Then I went to picked up my foods,there is a food chain in the dining lobby, waiters are putting different meats,vegetables and meat balls into small plates.only limited pieces vegetables or meat balls are in the plate,the advantage of that kind of way is it can save food for avoiding waste of source. And also, whatever how much you want to eat, it is your call to decide.
I found out local people ,they do not prefer eating lamb meat for the hot pot, but for me ,it is like a necessary if there are lamb meats available. The rest of kinds meats are beef,fish,pork, chicken,etc. Not only meats, aside from them, I actually prefer vegetables, I ate lots of vegetables not only because I think it is delicious, but also it is good for my health. I could say the taste of King one is nice, Hong Kong style hot pot, one of the characteristic is fresh,the meaning of fresh here is the original taste of the food itself,whatever is it, lamb ,beef, fish, or the seafoods, you could enjoy the fresh taste of them, it is depend on you whether eat them with the mixed sauce.

Aside from King One, I have been to David' s tea house once for eating the hot pot there because of the treat from my friend. Unlike the buffet hot pot in King One. David's tea house provide the Hong Kong style Shabu Shabu by bordering the foods which you want . Different kinds of meat , vegetables,seafoods are listed on the menu. After we settled down the waiters went to prepare the ingredients of the hot pot. They served the ingredients of hot pot and stand just not far away from the table just for waiting our orders. The sauce there is tasted even better than the sauce in King One. We could put any foods in the pan since the hot pot boiled. Also the soup of the hot pot is delicious. The meat balls in David's tea house are tasted nice vegetables are fresh,and the most memorable food for that time was the living prawns, the prawns still jumping up in the plates so the waiter has to cover them with another plates, before the waiter put them into the pan, some of the prawns just jump into the hot pan themselves. And just need a while they are already boiled became into red color and ready to eat, it tasted very yummy and even had a little sweet, that means the prawns were totally alive fresh. David's tea house will operate from 10am until 11pm for the hot pot, and it also have another fine dine in lobby for Hong kong foods.

Hong Kong style hot pot is nice ,and so do the Hot pot in mainland China, they do have their own characteristics. Sometimes I desire hot pot so much then I will cook it by myself, even the hot pot is differentiated by different regions, but people do enjoy the hot pot.

Travel with Trains.

  I have taken the train here in the Philippines once, with my friend, just for experiencing the feeling of the trains here. The trains here in Manila are poor old and lagging. I even can hear the sounds of the trains here in my living place. They ring the horns everytime when the train will pass the streets and roads. Trains here are slowly move and just like the trains in the movies that I have ever seen, almost all the southeast Asian countries have the same situations like the trains and railways are very undeveloped, people crowd in the carriages and most of them do not have a seat. Almost all of them catch a bag or baggages, like the traditional business men, they carry their baggages to every where and do their businesses.

  Beside the railways, there are a lot of houses that people live in and the railways themselves even do not that formal, grasses grow around the railways and garbages are every where surrounded the railways. The station is even much more poor, some of the stations even do not have any covers. People stand on the station and wait for the train when ever it is hot summer season or it is rainy season. The railways are simple, you can say you could go to anywhere by taking the trains. It just cross the city, not the main transportation services could be use. Only fews of people use it.
  So, compare the trains in the Philippines, the trains in China are in the much more higher level. The services on the trains are much more HIGH，I could say there is no comparison. Chinese railways have many many routes, they are distributed in every cities ,people travel with trains everyday, the Chinese railways net are the second to the largest nets in the world, and China High Speed Railways are the first in the world. There are too many things about Chinese railways to talk about, but I will not to talk about it here.

  When I was young, I traveled with my parents back to my hometown, which is Guilin, GuangXi province in the south of China, it is very far away from the place we were living.  We took the the train from Beijing Xi station, because the trip would cost us around 30 hours, so my parents bought the berth tickets for us. The berth ticket means there are assigned beds on the train with the number on the ticket, so we could have rest on the beds during night time. Imagine 30 hours on the train, it was a long trip on the way. After we entered the carriage, we found the assigned number of our seats and beds, they were jointly. We settled down all of our baggages, wait for the start of the train. Most likely, people should go to the rail station at least 30 minutes before the train departure. Since we got a lot of baggages ,my parents took me to the station 50 minutes before the train departure. After while of the train started, the radio in the train broadcasted the greetings to all passengers and wish us have a nice trip with the train, introduced the station that the train would approach and stop and the time ,shcedules for the train. After that the attendant approached us for collecting tickets, instead of ticket, she gave us a hard card for reminding us to exchange the tickets before we get off the train.  There is a unique carriage of the train built for the restaurant, not only the restaurant, but also the train provide foods sending by the attendants, snacks and drinks are also available on the train, even in the station that the train going to stop, there are a lot food corners and food carts. So, do not woory about what to eat and drink during the long trip. Every carriage has its own comfort room and the attendant will clean the comfort room time to time. There are also small televisions on the train, video some advertisements and films. If the train will stop at some stations during the night, do not worry because the train attendants also provide the wake up service.  During the day time, along the way, train stop one station, and passengers are allow to get off the train for a while and experience the local special foods or buy the souvenirs. And of course , appreciate the sightseeing along the way.

  Nowadays, China railways even more developed, we can travel everywhere without to take the train. Chinese trains now have several kinds, High speed rail, intercity EMU trains, bullet trains ,direct express train ,express fast train and the normal train.  The railways are like the symbol of development of China, they provide the first class servive in the world and it will become more and more better.

Buffet trips.

  People like buffet of course. For those people want to experience diffent food styles or food cultures, buffet is the best choice suit for them. And of corse for those people  wanna experience that and while they have a big stomach, it will not be much better that made a choice to have a buffet. Well, I expeienced several times of buffet, both in China and in the Manila, Philippines.The service of the buffet resaurant are different between the China and Philippines, though, I would like to share my experience and talk about what do I think about the buffet that I have ever experienced.

  The first time I got to have a buffet was in my country .But I will talk about later. That was the first month I came here in the Philippines, I do not familiar with the places outside of my living place, once I got the chance ,I was invited to joined my friends to go to the popular chain buffet resaurant, which is Yaki mix, greenbelt,makati,Manila. I was very happy because I am a fan of buffet, especially gor that time ,it was the first time for me to have a buffet in a foreign country. While we entered the gate of the Yaki mix, there were waiters and waitress greeted us, and one of the waitress beside the cashier desk is the usher, she asked me how many people do we have, how many are we going to have the meal. I told her we got four only. Then the usher led us to a sofa seats and settle down the plates ,spoons and folks. She asked us what kind of drink do we want to order . I ordered ice tea, and the same as my friends. It seems like the similar procedures in the fine dine-in restaurant. Then the usher left went to prepare the drinks. I did not used to eat with the spoon and folk, I asked my friends and they told me there are chopsticks available. I went to picked up some pairs of  bamboo chopsticks and settled them on the table. My friends were not the first time to be there in the Yaki mix, they left to picked up their favorate foods, and I also dicide to start the fresh buffet trip.  The Yaki mix provide diffent styles of food, including the Chinese style, Korean style, American style, Japanese style, and Philippines style, etc.The restaurant was fully furnished by the owner, sofa seats and chairs seats are available, I think the area must be 300 plus square meters. Most of the colored walls are shallow yellow, red , green,etc. The effect was for making a fine dine-in space for the customers. And to attract people to come again.

  The diffent styles food were put in the big metal dishes and some of them were put in the big warm pans, bowls. The Chinese style which are eggplants with garlic sauce, tofu, spicy chicken,garlic beans,etc. But to be honest , I think even it is Chinese style, it tasted not like the real one, but still not bad. Korean kimchi is the welcomed but for me not really prefered. American style, of course, including the western meal. Beef steaks, pork steaks, french fries,and the sandwitches, but it seems like people go there not for those kinds food, because you do can buy those anywhere else aside from the buffet restaurant. Some kinds of seafood are very welcomed, like the fried prawns ,it is crispy and little saulted, delicious with nice outlooking, the fried prawns always run out of the dishes in a very soon. The crabs there also taste good, but the crabs themselves were not really meaty maybe because the boss want to save the money , reduce the cost. The most welcomed seafood is the fresh oyster, a kind of shell but full of nutitions and minerals, it is good for men's body. The fresh oyster seems like limited everyime but still a lot of people waiting there, just for get some pieces of fresh oyster. The cooker baked the fresh oyster with garlic and oil. Try to exposure the taste of the original oysters. People like sushi and sashimi .The Japanese style food, two of the famous foods in Japan, it is well known that Japanese diet very healthy and do not to waste any chance to eat the things without heating or cooking. That is the reason why, it is better to eat wasabi at the same time when you consume the sushi and sashimi. The wasabi could help people to kill the germs in case of the real fresh sushi and sashimi. The sushi chefs were busying with making different kinds of sushi, people walk around and get some sushi and sashimi everytime. When I passed through the zone of steaks, the cooker asked me if I need some steaks or not, the beef and pork steaks smelled nice and every bar is not big.But the cookers were like suggested me to have one, then I decided to have one. It was tender and tasty.
  After almost one and half hours, I felt that I already full and cant enjoy any more of the buffet, I tried different food styles and even the soup, desserts and the icecream. I drank almost five glasses of ice tea and felt the Yaki mix is nice ,it made me want to come again next time. The price of lunch buffet is 499 each, but for the dinners, it says 569 each for that time.
  Actually ,I did ,I went to Yaki mix sometimes after that, and I noticed that there are still other branches of it.
  Compare with the buffet in China, the local buffet resaurant is more or like the food trips of Chinese style only, because even Chinese style, it also has different cliques, like the style of Dongbei, the style of Guangdong, the style of Zhejiang, the style of Hunan,etc. And the buffet restaurant also provide western style food like fries, pizza,and cakes.
  Still the same word, they all have their advantages.So just enjoy the buffet trips.

Movie house.

  A lot of people have the experiences to a theater for wathcing a movie. It is a nice way for entertainment.Maybe since the first time watched a movie in the theater, people just became the fans that have the joyful feeling in the cinema. Indeed, nowadays, the great movies or great works most likely that you must watch them in the theater in order to experience the sounds effect, the music, the dialogues among the actors,the emotion that the actors want to express to the audience.  Therefore, because of the needs of people, theaters are more developed time to time, and the services of the theaters do have improved a lot from time to time too.

  In the past, if a cinema announcef that there will showed a film, people have to buy the film tickets at the counter, and of course people have to fall in lines. I am saying the most common way of buying a film ticket. Aside from the tickets, there probably will be nothing else for a fan to watch film in the cinema. As time goes away, theaters are much more developed than before. Mordern media makes ways for spreading the news of movies. Before the movies are public showing, a lot of short previews or advertisements of the movies would be released to people. For the fans of watching films in the cinema, expectations would be high during the said time. So theaters provide reservation of the film tickets straightforward. Although the price of the reservation would be more expensive than the regular tickets,but it is still attractive for a huge part of fans of movie. Bonded with the reservation, the fans of movies maybe would receive extra benefits from it, like the film poster, snacks, frinks or the model of the roles in that film. Nowadays , aside from the reserve the tickets from the theaters themselves, they also provide online booking of the film tickets. Log in the website of the theaters, book online and get the tickets from the vendors where are located inside the theaters before the showing schedule, or just get them from the counter of the theaters, save time indeed.
  The advantages of online booking for the film tickets, obviously, one is saving a lot of time from people who are fall in lines and wait in front of the counters. Because sometimes, it is finally your turn but maybe , unfortunately, no more seats are available. But for online booking, people could choose the seats where do they want to sit during the show, and the schedules of the movies ,just by their own sight and will. As long as there are available conditions. And usually there are bounded foods or drinks with online booking, maybe popcorn, soft drinks ,etc.

  For the theaters, before people watch the film without 3-D technology, they watch movies can just feel the sounds, see the scenes,etc. But with the 3-D technology, watching movies in the theaters like it could let the people themselves in the real environment of the movies. For a better experience of 3-D shows, theaters provide the 3-D glasses for customers and only for those watch movies in the cinemas. Right now, theaters even have I-MAX motion picture film format. 4-D, 5-D technologies, etc. You will never experience those hi-techs at home but in the theaters. Also, some of the theaters provide the customize services, especially during the slack seson of movies, for example, there is no expected great movies to be showed in a short period, some rich guys go to the cinemas and bought all of the seats for a paticular time period for wacthing movies.
  And because of a lot of theaters operate 24/7 nowadays, once I went to a cinema around 11 pm with my friends, films showing while there are only few peoples. We watched different films at the different show rooms, we went through all night for watching the movies. We paid once but watched 4 times of different movies, what a wonderful and memorable experience we had !
  As long as time flies, theaters will develop much more services in the future, they would provide the fans more and attract more people to become the fans of watching movies in the theaters.

Express services.

  Nowadays, express is really a common business and services for the people. I have not experience any express services here in the Philippines but, I would like to talk about the services of the express companies in China.
  With the rapid economical development, China's online shopping is more and more popular. Thus , it makes the express businesses more and more needed by the people. Whatever the sellers and the buyers of online shopping. The services of express companies benifit the customers around the world. Because people nowadays in China, they buy things online not only limited within China, but also buy things from the overseas. There are several big companies which are professinal in the express services. The very first one is the EMS, Express Mail Service is an international express postal service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal postal Union(UPU). These administrators created the EMS Cooperative in 1998 within the framework of the UPU to promote the harmonization and development of postal services worldwide.As of January 2015, EMS was offered by more than 190 countries and territories worldwide.

  I have to talk about the very own by Chinese local express company which is Shun Feng Express. SF Express, China's largest private delivery services firm in the mid-end market, is expanding its business in the supply chain where it builds e-commerce platforms in the upstream and trying to earn a share of the e-commerce logistics market, while also growing operations at its community stores, the Guangzhou-based Southern Weekly reports. I do like its professional services. Although the service charge of  SF express is the highest among the private express companies.But they do let people satisfied with their servives. Rely on the solid reliability, it is already became the magnate in the service of express business, it occupied the largest part of rge market of express businesses, SF even has their airlines ,SF has a fleet of 31 cargo aircrafts, of which 13 are owned by its subsidiary SF Airlines.
  SF express has picking up from home services.The couries are uniformed and well trained. Accurate and fast served,I usually call for express services from SF express, because they could send the expressage or your package as soon as possible. Where ever the destination is, the package or expreessage would be there just on the next day of sending date. Usually , one city has several branches of SF express and they located in differant areas of the city. The couriers , they are assigned into different areas also, it depends on how they familiar with the area . The high familiarity has much more advantages for a courier. Couriers have different mission and tasks, not only deliver the expressages but also collecting the expressages every assigned locations. Picking up from home and they also have to contact the potential customers in their assigned areas. The service charge probably around 180 php for the first kilogram of the expresage. Every exceed kilogram would be charged around 70 php. One of my friend is the courier of SF express, he told me that actually in this kind of express company, the more works the couriers do, the more benefits or you can say salary the couriers will receive. Especially during the holiday, because for the couriers, technically they do not have holidays uhnless he does not want to earn more money on that day.

  There are other express companies, Shen Tong, Yuan Tong, Zhong Tong, YUN Da, Tian Tian , etc.They are also just focus on the expressing services business. But the quality of their servicesnot as well as the quality of services of SF express. They are commonused or I can say, they ae cooperate with a lot of online stores because their service charge are much more lower than SF express. The price is only half of SF express' s.
  The usual express companies, the reson why they chare less because it takes them longer time to distribute or deliver the expressages. The couriers of those companies are more than the couriers of SF express but their efficiency are lower. Their responsbility seems like not not important, but for the customers, they should provide more responsbilities.
  Once, I went to the branch of Shen Tong express,I want to send cloths to my friend , I know both me and my friend are not in a hurry so I chose this express for delivering. I filled uo the information and address, the workers their in the counter packaged the cloths without any caution, after that, he just threw the packaged cloths to the pile of packages.  Right, their attitude is just like that, lack of responsbilities. They do not care about what is in the package, unless you are willing to pay for more money to get the insurance of your things. After all ,it cost me four days to let my friend got the cloths. It is still common, the average of the cost days are three days plus. One more thing, is during the Double Eleven online shopping festival(every November 11th of the year) in China. People are crazy into buying things because they would get a huge part of discounts of the goods. But during that time, the express companies experience the hell time. Millions of packages were collected within one or two days and waiting for delivery. They are like testing the capability of the express companies. The result is , it cost around 10 days for digesting the packages. But look at SF express, they always on time , high efficiency, high productivity.

Flying in the sky.

 I have been here ,the Philippines for almost 4 years. As long as there is a vacation more than ten days, I will be go back to my country. I miss China all the time, for sure. Not saying it is not nice in the Manila, but I do feel better when I am in my country at all. Everytime I have to take flight from the NAIA international airport to Beijing Capital International airport. I have flown with the Air China,the Chian Southern Airline,the Philippine Airlines and the Cebu pacific Airlines.
  Now,it is much more easier to book a airline ticket for us, because the airplane tickets are available online of those companies' websites I have mentioned before. Unlike at the beginning , you hava to book a airline ticket via telephone or mobilephone or you have to go to the office of theose companies, it was wasted time and complicated for the passengers. And why I am saying they are developing, at least in my opinion I think it is better, because if you want to pay for the tickets online, you have to hold a visa credit card for the payment,although it is the common way to buy a ticket online, but for those people who do not have a visa credit crad on hands, probably it is not a nice way to purchase a ticket from the website. But now, the services of those companies are much more completed, like the ways for paying the tickets not only limited with visa credit cards , but also you can pay them via online banking, Alipay, Paypal and even you may pay it trough the realistic payment center.
  I still remember that in the very begining I was a totally unfamiliar with buying a airplane ticket, I went to the office of a airline company, I picked up a number then felt in line, just wait for the calling before I can proceed to my counter to purchase the ticket.I waited about fourty minutes and finally I thought it was my turn, but my sequence was occupied by a Vip member of that company. And when it was my turn to make a order, I still need to show my passport and visa to the cashier, after they confirm the information of my documents, they let me to pay for it. It was such a conplicated processes and there are some uncertainty points make your time became longer than you thought. So compare with it, the online purchasing is better , just create your own account and fill out your personal information and your documents' information, then you could proceed to the ordering. Next you just need to login your account and select your name, select "I'm travelling" then you can just buy your ticket on your own. Pay for it via different ways that you want.

  Now,let me talk about the airlines' companies. For the Air China airlines, they are using Boeing 737-800 airplane for the travelling from Manila to Beijing, ofcourse it is the same airplane for the travelling from Beijing to Manila. Usually they have free carry on bagage and free maximum twenty kilograms baggage allowance for each passenger, they provide one meal for each passenger and the schedule of the airlines always on time, no delay usually. The airline hostess are Chinese , there are videos of emergency exiting and safety instructions on the plane.The airline has business classes and economic classes, of course the business classes are fewer than the economic classes but better than them, and business classes' passengers got better services compare it with the economic classes' passengers.

  For the China Southern Airlines, they are using Airbus 320-321 airplane, the rest of the conditions are similar to the Air China. But thet have different schedules.Meals on the two Chinese airlines are Chinese stlye, with chopsticks and tea or coffee is available, the others like juices, softdrinks , it is up to you.

  For the Philippine Airlines, they are also using the Airbus 320. The airline hostesses are Filipinos. Meals on the plane are more or like the Philippine style, corned beef, roasted chicken and with tropical fruits. Breads, with coffee, butter and the only choice of yours is to use spoon and folk.

  The most times I flied with is Cebu pacific airlines, because it has the lowest fare. Cebu pacific always promote the fares ,they created a lot of discounts for atrracting the customers fly with them in order to keep the competitiveness up. They are using somehow the smaller airplane than the other airlines above. They don not have business classes, no video instructions on the plane but instead of it, the airplane hostesses will perform how to use the emergency exit tools and there is paper safety instructions.I do not book meals with Cebu pacific cause it also save a little money from it and I saw the other passengers do not book neither.
  Whatever which airline was going to chose, the most important thing is to have a nice and safe trip .

The transportation services of taxis and tricycles.

  Before I talk about the transportation services of taxis and tricycles here in the Philippines, I would like to continue inrtroducing the other transportable way which is FX.
  Still in the first few months that I am here in the Manila, I have to go to school to take the language classes everyday, that time, I knew the jeepneys are popular but I still did not know that how to ride the jeepneys and even afraid to ride it , only because of its outside looking and I felt it was really polutted by the air from outside the trunk. Although, there are still many people get into a van and then people just look like the goods ,were transpoted from one place to another. This kind of way was named by FX, it is the popular term for non- metered taxi here in the Philippines.It is named after the Toyota Tamaraw FX model of multi-purpose vehicles. It can take as much as 10 passengers, excluding the driver. Unlike a metered taxi, the FX follows a defined route. Passengers can alight wherever they want along that route. Different brands of vans were made into FX, including the very original one, Toyota Tamaraw FX,and Mitsubishi Adventure,and even now it has a bigger size which  is like the Toyota alpha but of course it is not as well as it.The fare rate also not expensive, and there is air conditioner in the van, sometimes,after pulled over and you have to drop off from the left side of the van because of its too crowd inside, the driver would open the door for you.
  Now, lets talk about the taxis in the Manila. Getting around Manila is easy, but you should know some of the basics before you jump into any old taxi. They come in many colors but generally the yellow metered ones are dedicated airport taxis, have a higher “drop rate” AND a higher “run rate”. They will cost about 50% more than white metered ones.
  The way it works here in the Philippines is the driver pays a “boundary” or daily rental rate for the taxi. Anything over that, plus fuel, he gets to keep. They will do anything to make more than the boundary and have some money to take home.
  The rules in the Philippines state they must engage the meter but in some places they disregard this.
  Like a society, the world of taxis have their cultures too. Becarful when you going to ride a taxi here in the Manila. If the driver figured out you are a fresh tuorist , he might or probably trick you.When engaging a taxi on the street, open the rear passenger door. But do NOT get in. Ask the taxi driver if he’ll turn the meter on. If he does not, leave the door open and walk away. You will do this because, after the 2nd or 3rd taxi, you will get angry and want to slam the door. However they do not care, it is not their car. Your only revenge for their dishonesty is leaving the door open so they must get out and close it.
  The problem is, during heavy traffic or rainy days you will sometimes go thru numerous taxis before you get one to turn the meter on. At these times it really depends on how desperate or late you are getting to your destination. Sometimes they will ask for meter rate + 20 or 50 pesos. Sometimes it is double. It really depends on how badly you need the taxi as to whether you want to accept this.
  Always be awared and alert. For your own safe.

  Motorized Tricycles are a common transportation for people to go around the Philippines. Here in Manila, they are almost every zone of barangay, the drivers of the tricycles have the same styles of uniform, they are not only wait for the passengers but also greeting people for taking their side cars. For me the tricyces are not really cheap but sometimes it provides conveniences and transport you to the destination quickly. But the dangerous things are the drivers usually to choose the conversed ways for just saving the fuels . They are like the kings on the road, could go anywhere they want and go through any ways they want. As I know , the tricycles do not afraid of the rainy seasons, cause the motors are almost imported by the manufactures and they are not worry about the flood. The most common things are you can see the tricycles drivers doing their business during the rainy days, even there is flood already. The machines of the motors operating with the water, the white smoke flys to the sky. The drivers will charge much more higher fares during the rainay days.

  Anyway, whereever you go , you may have to choose a way and might have to choose a kind of transportation service. Hopefully have safe always !

Moving in the Manila, Philippines.

  Manila, the capital of the Philippines. For me ,it is a crowd busy city, even though I am just a student here and just expecting the incoming forth year of my college. I saw people like everywhere everyday, indeed, they are.

  Walking on the street in metro Manila, you will never miss the cars, vechiles, trucks, buses,and the most popular transportation which is jeepney. The streets and road are going to anywhere and crossing with each other, traffic phenomenon every day especially  during the peak time of the people going to work and off their jobs to home. Whereever you go ,whenever you move, you have to take some ways of transportation. The transportation services here in the metro Manila are kinds of ways.

  First, I would like to talk about the Light Rail Transit system in Manila,it is popularly and informally know as LRT.It is a metropolitan rail system serving the metro manila area in the Philipppines. Although referred to as a light rail system because it originally used light rail vehicles, it has characteristics that make it more akin to a rapid transitsystem, such as high passenger throughput, exclusive right-of-way and later use of full metro rolling stock. The system is operated by the Light Rail Transit Authority(LRTA), a government-owned and controlled corporation under the authority of the Departmet of Transportation and Communications (DOTC). Along with the Manila metro Rail Transit system(MRT-3, also called the new Yellow Line), and Philippine nationnal Railway's commuter line, the system makes up Metro Manila's rail infrastructure. Everyday, it serves millions of passengers and run almost all over the city. I have taken LRT several times, it does fast but it was really crowded during the peak time, even you have to push the people in front of you and use your strength to make a little space just for stand on the train, but the fare is not expensive, you could take it to somewhere then ride the other transportations.

  Second is the Buses in the Manila. I noticed there are a lot of bus terminals located in different places in Manila, some of them are just like the city's lines, and some of them are going to the provinces of the Philippines.The buses could take a lot of people even its already overloaded or excess the freight. The bus drivers are driving the bus like fast and furious, usually during the red light at the carless roads, they just go through their way without looking at the traffic lights. I think the biggest problem of the buses in the metro manila is that it is lacking of a kind formal system rules or policy. Whether it is fast or slow, it only depends on the arivers themselves but not the policy on the road or the traffic policemen. Unlike in China, most of the buses transportation do have a strict system to follow. Whether there are people at the station ,the bus driver stop, and if there is no station on the road, the buses will not be stopped by the drivers. Of course ,all of those should under the control of the policies.

   Now, it is the time for the most popular transportation in the Philippines. Jeepney.They are known for their crowded seating and kitsch decorations, which have become a ubiquitous symbol of Philippine culture and art. Jeepneys were originally made from the US military jeeps left over from World War II,now a days, the manufacturers made different types of jeepneys. In the metro Manila, the jeepneys are mainly service for the passengers and transfering goods. There are alomost 24/7 operating by the jeepney drivers.The jeepney is the cheapest way to commute in the Philippines. Because of its open rear door design, picking up and dropping off is easy for both passengers and drivers, they can stop anywhere unlike buses. But also because of this convenience, some jeepney drivers are the source of traffic congestion by indiscriminately loading and unloading passengers in the middle of the street, blocking traffic and risking the safety of some passengers. They are notorious for engaging in unfair practices such as jostling over passengers, blocking other jeepneys to get passengers in the middle of the lane and trip-cutting (not completing the route, dropping off passengers if there are less than three to return to the jeepney stand and wait for a new set of passengers as it is not profitable for them to continue the route). Hence, some people are requesting that this mode of transportation be phased out, which is also blamed as a major source of air pollution in cities.Outside of metropolitan areas (Metro Manila and Metro Cebu), jeepneys are quite ancient and patched. Today's passengers are discerning, and given the choice would prefer to ride longer distances in the comfort that jeepneys do not provide. Jeepneys for the most part are unfit for human transportation; they are often mechanically unsound, and not at all roadworthy, with their balding tyres, crabbing and yawing from distorted subframes, emissions which couldn't pass tests. Their longitudinal seating and lack of any seat-belts is less than safe. The low height of the saloon, and the extended roof above the driver, make visibility very poor.The high step at the back and the restricted height make entry and exit difficult. In addition, they have little space for shopping bags.

  There are still other transportation ways like taxis, FX,and bicycles. People move around everyday in Manila, so I will continue to introduce some other ways for the servicing of transportation in Manila next time.

Hap Chan tea house.

  The first time I have been to Hap Chan tea house was with my friends, that time I was still a freshman here in the Manila, Philippines. It was located in SM Manila, ermita street,but after that I noticed there are a lot of other branches of Hap Chan tea house, as I know, there is one located in Sta Cruz, and the other one is located in SM San lazaro and some other branches are located in Makati city and Quezon city.

  In the beginning I thought the Hap Chan tea house was build by someone from Hong Kong China, and does not have a long history, but after I checked the information from google ,I found out Hap Chan was starting from 1997.It was starting out in 1997 as a small teahouse in Manila, and serving only the Filipino-Chinese favorites Mami, lugao and dimsum, Hap Chan Teahouse began franchising in 1999 through Hap Chan Trading and Management Corporation. Hap Chan teahouse has slowly grown its menu and established fifteen stores by year 2009.
  On September 2009, a new group of entrepreneurs joined the management to improve its commissary and restaurant operations by introducing new methods to ensure Hap Chan restaurants remain in the forefront of its kind in the food service industry.The company started its aggressive expansion in 2010, from fifteen , it continuously grow its business as far as Boracay, Palawan, Gen. Santos and Cauayan Isabela. To date, there are a total of forty five branches nationwide of the Philippines.

  According to my perception, I think the food there in Hap Chan is not that cheap, but still okay for group eating. When I went there, it seems like the tea house is not a big restaurant, I sit down on the chairs , the waitress then greetedme and gave the menu to me, while I was choosing the food which I would like to order, the waitress served us a pot of hot red tea and several cups and several glasses of ice water. Then she clean up the redundant folks and spoons, and get ready for the ordering. I ordered Yangzhou Chaofan and radish cake and my friends ordered Beef chao hofan and wanton noodle, shrimp siomai and chicken feet. During the ordering, the waitress reminded us that the foof is good for how many people,and after the ordering, the waitress repeated our orders again then went to the cooking room.

  Just in fifteen minutes, the orders were served quickly and accurate. While the waitress decide to leave and approach to other customers, my friends suddenly called her and asked the menu again, he told me that he wanted to order some drinks instead of drinking the hot tea. He asked the waitress if there is fresh soya milk available and the waitress went to confirm the request in front of the cashier, then she told us there is fresh soya milk available. My friends ordered it and told me the soya milk is very special as well here in Hap Chan, especially the soya milk is very much in demand.

  While we are eating the foods, I found out it could be much more delicious if put some chili sauce on the top of the fried rice , the chili sauce including much oil and beans, tasted good and hot. It is not only smelled good for a hot sauce ,but also facilitate my hungry feeling to let me eat more. After the fresh soya milk served by the waitress, we put it them into the glass ,it tasted cool and had a thick flavor of soya with milk tastes. In China, especially the northern mainland of China, people are the fans of soya bean milk, we prefer to have it during the breakfast but it is hot served not like the soya milk here in the Philippines, it is cold served. So that was my first time had a cooling soya milk.
  We asked the waitress for billing out, and pay for it, the waitress went to the cshier and got a check folder with our billing receipt, it is also accept debit card and credit card. The waitesses said thank you and come again. The whole experiences made us satisfied. After that time, I have been to Hap Chan alone for several times, their business always popular and the restaurant always full of people.

Some things about Supermarkets between China and the Philippines.

  When the supermarkets were mentioned, there are a lot of things between the supermarkets in China and the Philippines, or I can say im my opinion, the services of the supermarkets in the two countries have a lof of differences.

  There are a lot of large domestic and international companies in China’s supermarket and hypermarket industry such as Wal-Mart, Metro, Carrefour, Trust-mart, Tesco, Lotus, Lotte Mart, RT-Mart, Yonghui, Renrenle, Hualian, and Watsons. Most of these chains have shares held by foreign investments. Only a few are fully domestic to China. Smaller scale supermarket chains are also frequently seen in China. Most of these are local, and their business are limited to a certain geographical regions. For example, the Hebei province has its domestic chain supermarket brand, Jingkelong,etc.

  Also, there are a lot of large domestic and international companies in Philippines's supermarket and hypermarket. Such as the SM prime holdings,including there SM supermarket, SM hypermarket, SM market place, SM supermall, Savemore supermarket, etc. Others I know are Pure gold price club inc. The Robinsons supermarket, 7-eleven, ministop, Familymart,etc.

  We can see supermarket every cities cause it is called one stop shopping at the supermarket.You can buy almost anything that you need, especially in daily life.

When you walk through the streets, there are also a lot of convenience stores.

  To be honest, I prefer shopping in the supermarkets of the Philippines, because the services there are more complete compare it in China, I can not say all of us have the same experiences ,it is only my own opinion. Once I went to the SM department store and looking for a necktie, I was selecting which type should I choose and pay for it, the waitress was very freindly and  passionate, she helped me to picked up several styles and fit it for me, so I could have a clearer sight to make a decision. At the moment when I was hesitating, she found out my mood and try to fit the neck on my shirt and  suggest me to buy for it.I figure out that the waitress has a not bad sightseeing, then I made the decision , bought the necktie which she suggested to me. During the shopping time, the waitress would tie the necktie according to your demand and wont say some unpleasant words.But in China, the waitresses just stay in their position if you do not have any requests, seems like whether you buy the products or not, there is no matters  with them. You call for her assitances,she performed like a lazy lady , and even they just ignore you sometimes only because she is playing with her cellphone. 

  In the Philippines, according to my experiences, if you want to buy a cloth ,you enter a cloth shop, the waitress would help you all the time and look for your size always with some suggestions, they performed like they willing to find the styles that you want again and again without saying any unpleasant words. But in China, I met several times that the waitress was not willing to get what you demmanded and if you let her fell into a unhappy mood,she would rather do not sell the cloth to you. That was ridiculous! They say customer is the king ,but sometimes it is not suit for it in China nowadays.
  The other example is once I bought a electric kettle from the SM supermarket, but after I used it for several times I found out there is alway a bad smelling with the metal material of the kettle, so I went back to the market and then I exchange another one with the receipt,that was a fluent process and nothing stoped me, the customer assistants served me with pleasure and happy mood. And I also got the satisfaction after I changed a new kettle. But the similar thing happened once in China, it was entirely different from the experienment in the Philippines. I do not get the positive feedback and I did not get satisfaction.At least , the introduction of the goods or products said the customers could exchange or get the refund within 7 days since the time you buy it. But the sercices did have a defferent treatments for customers.
  Of course I enjoyed the shopping experience in the supermarket of the Philippines, but I have to say, everyone has hi or her own feelings, even with one element. There are also advatages of the services of the China's supermarkets. I think I could got more things that what I want in the supermarkets of China.

Living with avida.

  When I talk about condominium here in the Philippines, actually for me it is a totally fresh word just after I came here. In the begining I lived in an apartment which is named Zen tower located in ermita Manila, I thought it was the traditional way to live with where people here in the Philippines, cause for me I call it domitary because there are few of us live under the same roof.Everyday everyone has different things to do, so after a long time , there will be contradiction among all of us.  More or like, I am that kind of man who is prefering the natural normal schedule, for example, I will do my works during the day time, I go to bed every night when the moom is very high and the stars are twinkling. But someone does get into high when I am going to the bed. I could bear those party times for once, twice, thrice. But I can not go through with it always. So after all at the middle of my contract with the owner of the apartment I made the decision which is move out of the place.
  I was looking for other places one month before I moved out from the old one. I went to several buildings and finally decided to rent the place where is located near in my school. That is avida tower san lazaro.
  I only know this avida tower beside SM san lazaro , although there are still some other towers also owned by avida land corp. The service here in avida has different kinds. I rented this condominium with one year contract and I paid in cash all in all the owner of the unit gave me a discount for reducing one month rental fee.Before I moved in , I noticed there is nothing in the unit except for some necessary equipments like cabinets and water faucets. It means there is no furnitures  before I moved into the unit. The maintenance helped me to transfer my furnitures and things from the ground floor to my unit and actually there were house keepers cleaned the room for me already before I arrived, I could cee it because there is no dust. When I moved into the unit, the security guard asked for the move-in pass and the photocopy of my contract of lease. Two fast speed elevators serve for the building, and the building has 20 plus floors.
  One of my hobby is playing basketball, there is a  basketball court just beside the building within the community. Almost everyday basketball fans play on the  court from morning to the evening. If I get up early,around 6 a.m. There are already players on the court. The house keepers also clean the basketball court every time after the raining. When it is still wet, they will drop a marker which is "caution" and  "the floor is wet" something like that.But the basketball court is not always for free using, it can be reserved if you want ot use is during the night time before 9 pm and yo have to pay for it, but in fact the resevation fee is not expensive. Anyway the basketball court somehow is a bonded sevice for the tenants of the avida.

  There is also a swimming pool for the swimming fans, it is not that big very clean, they always change the pool water and maintain the cleanliness.Some bamboo long chairs beside the swimming pool, provide the chance for people that may lay down on the chairs and enjoy the sunshine.
  Beside the swimming pool , there is a lobby called party space, it provides the tenants a space to hold party, almost every week I could see there are some people hold birthday party there and singing, dancing together.But sometimes the push through the party until the midnight, it is a ruled action cause I think they did not considered what other people's thoughts.

  The community provides a lot of parking slots for the tenants of course. I walked around the buildings and I noticed there are almost every parking slot has a number, that meams it is occuppied by the tenants already.The parking slots , some of them occuppied by cars, some of them occupied by trucks, and some of them occuppied by motorcycles.
  Every building has its house keepers and maintenances, they are available everyday and they have three-time shifts working schedule. The funny thing is there are housekeepers walk around in the building everyday for collecting the garbage bags , tenants just need put the garbage bags beside the unit door and even no need to wait for the housekeepers, they will collect and throw the garbage bags three times a day, around 8 am and 2pm and 7 pm. Every time they will shout at the hall "Good morning/afternoon/evening ma'am sir, garbage collection", when you hear that, it's time for you to put your trash out of your room. House keepers also clean the halls everyday.
  The water pressure is good, once my friend visited me and he took a shower at my unit,after that he said he likes the water pressure here in my unit, its strong enough and provide the need for people. Indeed, in his place the water pressure is really poor and can not satisfy daile needs sometimes. The electricity also steady, at the beginning, the building owner proposed with tenants  that there is no need to pay for the electricity fee because it was not bonded with Meralco company.But after the Meralco company came in with tha building, it is the time for me to save electricity everyday to avoid the high charge from the electricity bill.
  The unit does not have a balcony but the building procided metal cases for tenants for hanging their wet cloths and for necessary needs.

The passion of Mang Inasal.

  Yes, it is! The Mang Inasal is one of the fastest growing food company which is specializing in grilled chicken.
  The first time I went to Mang inasal, actually I did not take too much expectations.Since it is only a fast food chain for me, I thought the taste of it is just so so, would not have too much surprises. Indeed, I did not felt in love with the grilled chicken at all.So after that time, I have not been to Mang inasal for a long time. I think two years maybe.

  But this time is different, I found out it is a way to save time and even money,to have a meal with totally full feeling. One day I just did not want to cook for myself and want some food without high price. I went through with a lot of fast food restaurant, Mcdonald, KFC, Chowking, Jollibee and etc. I figured out those restraurants can not full fill my stomach within 200 pesos' bill. After that I saw Mang inasal was there.Before I went inside the restaurant I saw the advertisement of their new product which is "Crema de Leche" Halo Halo. It looks like milky icecream and indeed I prefered that kind of icecream. I ordered the Pm2 which is the grilled chicken chest,of course with unlimited rice. But I did not order the softdrink, just service water is enough. Additional order for me ,is the "Crema de Leche" halo halo, the cashier asked me whether service right now or service later. I said service now. The cashier gave tissue and a card to me then I picked up my spoon and folk. While I was waiting for the orders, the waiter served  a bowl of sinigang soup. That is a popular soup in the Philippines, sour taste. In three minutes only, the waiter served the grilled chicjen chest with a small bar of rice, red chilli and tow pieces of calamansi. Calamansi is a very popular ingredients in the Philippines, it is like mini green lemon.
  Three kinds of sauce just in front of me on the table, one is white vinegar, one is soy sauce  and the other one is chicken oil. I mixed the vinegar and soy sauce with the red chilli and calamansi. Put the chicken oil on the rice, the slice the chicken chest by use the spoon and folk. To be honest, the taste is not bad, I like it, but not very impressed. The reason why I love it until the "Crema de Leche" served by the waiter,it is perfect for people looking to try a “white halo-halo” and those who have a preference for milk based desserts,milk, leche flan, macapuno, and saba banana. It did impress me at the first bite of it. I think they made it perfect as a part of their service.

  The waiter is busy at anytime, I observed them ,they are busying with different customers needs, some of them requested for refilling rice, some of them requested for refilling drink ,some of them requested for cleaning table.But they always service on time.That time I noticed there are a alot people go to the Mang inasal by group, there are also group meal of mang inasal,for those construction workers around that place, mang inasal is a betterchoice for them because of the unlimited rice. The advantage of unlimited rice is you could order rice as much as possible by your own need. Some people could eat a lot of rice only with the sauce and one bite of chicken meat. But for me, minimum five rice and maximum five rice is enuogh, I do not want to full fill my stomach like a fool, it would make me uncomfortable after dish.During the group eating, the waiters put three or four tables together, it became a bigger table like they are going to have a party mael together.Most of them prefer the chicken chest not chicken leg, the reason I think is because of the size of them , chicken chest has mor meat with is compare  to chicken leg.

  The fact is, for me, the Crema de Leche halo halo made me satisfied at all and made the meal completed. I also tried the palabok there,palabok is a kind of thin noodles in the Philippines, but I really do not like it because the smelling of the seafood palabok was so fishy. I even did not finished the whole plate of it, I think I will not order it next time.
  Right now, I knew that Mang inasal has a lot of branches among the nation wide of the Philippines, they were full of people what I have seen everytime, not only because the food there is good and welcomed, but also because the service of there are well.

UNO seafood restaurant.

UNO located in Escolta, Manila, the former business district, Uno can be easy to find because there are only two Chinese Restaurants in the area, Uno and Crown Prince.I got the chance been to UNO seafood restaurant because of the celebration of winning the champion of goodwill game with commerce team. To be honest, it seems the restaurant is already old and not too clean. But the service their is not bad.

In Uno Seafood Wharf Palace, you will find tanks of fresh and live fishes, and sometimes it is very amusing just to watch them swim. it features the traditional royal color schemes (gold and red) for the table setting.Different kinds of fresh seafood swimming in tanks, cold cuts and peking ducks hanging from their open kitchen, red and yellow colors all over the place for good luck, lazy susans, and freshly brewed tea before eating. Also, there are plenty of rooms/areas available for private celebrations such as birthdays and etc. During the dinner ,I heard several times that the wishing happy birthday service . A lot of people go there for celebrating their birthday.
  The waiters of Uno seafood wharf restaurant are quick and accurate, well trained. They are look like await orders every time. They do service completed , arrange the paltes and cups well, and help the customers cut the big parts of your orders. Another thing is the host brought the crispy pig from home, he let the waiter to help him seperate the crispy pig into small pieces, the waiters did it well and quick.They told me actually they called the crispy pig as Lechon in Filipino.
 While you are waiting for your oeders, they served us peanuts and hot tea. The funny thing is ,while I was using the chopsticks to get the peanuts, others were just use their hands. I think that is probably cultural differences.
  Because we are all big boys ,and eating together, the first served is Yangzhou Chao fan!!! and it was gone in a short time. I ate the Yangzhou Chao fan with the Lechon, but I felt the Chao fan tasted a bit sour. I do not know why. But the Lechon was good. The next is sauced shells and seafood pancit. Lastly they served the mango sago and siomai, chicken feet and spring rolls.

To be honest , the peking duck there does not mean the real and original peking duck which I have eaten in Beijing . It is more likely to the Hong Kong asado stlye.But it is still attractive.

I do not know what the full name of this kind of fish ,sometimes it makes me just could not want to eat it because the red skin of it. But for those crabs, I think it is fresh and looks like full of meat.

Actually, the food there did not impressed me too much maybe because the host of the celebration did not order those impressing food. But I think the mango sago is nice, at least it was my first time to try  it. It is made of fresh mango and sago, tasted cool and fresh. After that  I think I can make it by myself.
