The "Awesome" experience at LZLM.

The reason why I call it was an "Awesome" experience , because it did give me a unforgettable impression of the services at LZLM.  Now, I think the following feelings were just based on my own experiences. Cauese everyone has his or her own thinking about different services.

But first I want to talk about the Lamian. Lamian is a type of Chinese Lamian is made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough.The length and thickness of the strands depends on the number of times the dough is folded.This unique method of making noodle originated in China.Small restaurants serving Lanzhou style lamian are very common throughout western China where they have formed a staple diet for centuries, as well as eastern Chinese cities. They tend to serve a variety of low cost meals, with a choice of lamian,daoxiaomian.Banmian and etc.


Many of the lamian restaurants are owned by Hui ethnic families from northwestern China and serve only halal food (thus no pork dishes). Lamian restaurants are the most common halal restaurants in eastern China.

Another typical variety of lamian is Shandong lamian, from the eastern province of Shandong,and also some of other styles.
In my mind ,when we talk about lamian, the first impression from my mind is the Lanzhou lamian from the northwestern China. Because right now, the Hui families brought the Lanzhou style lamian to almost everywhere in China, it is already became the most popular lamian in China.

For the LZLM in Binondo, Manila, I think I can not say It is a truly traditional lamian restaurant.But I think it is just innovated base on the local cultures.
  That day I entered the door of LZLM around 11:15,in the morning, although there were a lot of people but I still found a seat without any body beside me.I would like to call it a worthy "shot"! One of the waiter quickly appraoch me and gave the menu to me , after I ordered Beef La mien, I started to swipe my cellphone.After 15 minutes I noticed there were some people already finished their meals and asked for the bills. But my table still empty and only with the viniger bottle. I try to make attention of the waiter or waitress , but after that they just tell me, wait for a while sir. I said, ok. Then tow ladies came in and sit down at the table just behind me, they had their orders in less than 10 minutes , but look at me,still waiting for mine. I was feeling not well  during that moment, how come the waiter is just stand there and do not pay attention to all of the customers.I made a snap to the waiter, he noticed then he hint to me for waiting,directly to get the bowl from the chef. Finally I thought it was for me but the waiter sent the meal to another table and approached me," sir , did you order ?" I was really angry during that moment, its been half of an hour, and look what happened ?! I waved the waiter away .After 5 minutes, I already felt not hungry anymore, and then I left without pay for it because I did not touch the noodle. Just let them be there. I do not know what happened to the service of LZLM, but one thing I can sure is , they gave me very poor and ugly impressions. I wish never go there again. The other reason is the price of one bowl of la mien was really not worthy compared it to the same meal in my country, there is no stomach any more for it.
